Groundbreaking hip-hop and spoken word

Get ready for a unique evening of rhythm, rhyme and language art of the highest order. After just under 10 years, pioneering hip-hop and Spoken Word artist Blaxtar takes the stage again. This festive event celebrates not only his birthday, but also his rich career and the creative connections he made.

After 3 solo albums, national tours, international projects, guest contributions on albums by his brother Typhoon, Kyteman, Kern Koppen and several TV appearances, it was quiet around Blaxtar, whose real name is Kevin de Randamie. But this show will show that the man has not been quiet.

LIVE DOCU WITH CHRIS KEULEMANS

At 9 p.m., the evening will kick off with a unique look into the life and work of Blaxtar, through interviews with family, friends and business associates. Led by author and journalist Chris Keulemans, we will work our way through the background of Blaxtar's experiences and the projects that emerged from them.
