excluded concerts

The concerts or events below are (partially) organized by an external partner. These purchases are therefore excluded from the refund/ exchange policy.

refund

Have you bought a ticket for a concert that (after your purchase) has been rescheduled? Then you are entitled to a refund. Send an e-mail with your IBAN and order number to kassa@dedoelen.nl and we will send the refund as soon as possible.

external sales

Have you bought a ticket for a concert in De Doelen through our official partners like: Ticketmaster, Rotown, Lantaren/Venster, Sinfonia Rotterdam, Laurenskerk, Operadagen or Eventim? Please contact the ticket provider in question about their exchange policy. 

don't overpay

The only real guarantee of an official ticket is if you buy it via the website of the artist, venue or organizer. Tickets purchased through other channels are not part of our exchange policy. Are you not sure about a purchase? Please contact us via kassa@dedoelen.nl.
