The Goldmund Quartet from Germany is regarded as one of the leading string quartets of its generation and is in high demand at major chamber music venues around the world. It is hardly surprising, given the distinguished musicians with whom the quartet studied, before going on to win the Wigmore Hall and Melbourne competitions and numerous other awards.

The quartet is also unique in that all four musicians play instruments made by Antonio Stradivari. Goldmund Quartet presents a stunning programme featuring Schubert, Beethoven and Dvořák, filled with deeply moving music that showcases the string quartet in all its facets.
