De Doelen Keuken is becoming Bistro Blendd @ de Doelen as 1st of september!

An inviting and welcoming place where visitors, artists, creators, partners, and Rotterdam residents can come together over food, drinks, and music. The bistro is a destination in its own right, where the city is welcome throughout the day for lunch, dinner, a good glass of wine before a concert, or a night out.

Bistro Blendd @ de Doelen will also serve a social and educational purpose. It will be a place where interns and students from Rotterdam educational institutions can gain hands on experience in hospitality, events, and audience services. In this way, we directly connect the operation of our venue with talent development in the city.
