Bistro Blendd @ de Doelen opens in September 2026!
From September onwards, Rotterdam will have a unique new hospitality destination. Bistro Blendd will be a warm and welcoming city bistro at de Doelen, where good food, beautiful wines and the vibrant energy of the city come together. It’s the perfect place to start your concert evening. Our service is designed to make sure you can relax, enjoy your meal and still be in the concert hall on time.
Behind the scenes, we’re currently putting the finishing touches on the concept. Our final opening hours are still being worked out, but we’ll be sharing them with you very soon.

Can’t wait until September? Neither can we! Ahead of our official opening, we’ll be opening our doors exclusively around a number of events. Join us for a bite to eat before your concert and get a first taste of the food and atmosphere on the following date:

Bistro Blendd @ de Doelen is about more than just great food. We believe in the power of the city and want to play an important social and educational role. It will be a learning and working environment where interns and students from Rotterdam-based educational institutions can gain valuable hands-on experience in hospitality, events and guest reception.
