Nikola Meeuwsen was six years old when he heard Rachmaninoff played by Vladimir Horowitz. At that moment, he knew: I’m going to be a pianist. In 2025, seventeen years later, he was the resounding winner of the Queen Elisabeth Competition, the first Dutchman ever to do so.
