“The voice of an angel,” according to the Sunday Times. Jakub Józef Orliński is captivating audiences around the world not only with his beautiful voice, but also with his breakdancing skills and unique stage presence.

With #LetsBaRock, he and pianist Aleksander Dębicz give Baroque music a contemporary form. They approach well-known Baroque works as if they were modern-day covers. Together with musicians from the Polish pop scene, they create a new sound in which Baroque, pop and improvisation come together. In this “new Baroque,” innovation for its own sake is not the goal; instead, the focus is on the timelessness of the music. Old arias and melodies are infused with fresh energy, revealing how naturally they resonate in a 21st-century context. #LetsBaRock is a project in which boundaries disappear and Baroque music is experienced anew.
