The little blue notebook has disappeared. The notebook in which countless stories from a young, imaginative mind were recorded. As Elizabeth tries to summon its memories and contents, old and new stories unfold, brought to life through the piano and toy piano.

Gradually, the boundary between reality and imagination begins to blur in a musical world filled with unexpected repertoire, extended techniques and electronics; at times immersive, at times subtly unsettling. The Little Blue Notebook is an unconventional piano recital that brings together music, storytelling and collaboration with a mime artist, inviting the audience to reflect on the role of imagination in a restless world.
