The Jazz Corner
Every two weeks, de Doelen and Codarts Rotterdam present a free jam session on the late Thursday evening in The Jazz Corner, Rotterdam's new jazz and soul hotspot. Walk in and enjoy live performances by students, teachers and talented guest musicians.

Every Wednesday afternoon there are free activities for primary school children from 6 years old in the Doelen Studio. You can also come here during the school holidays.
There is something fun to do every week: variating from building your own instrument to writing your own songs and raps. All kids are welcome!

The smallest Doelen stage is open in the middle of the city of Rotterdam! With a diverse weekly programme there is something for everyone to experience.
Come and jam with the SteezMusicBand on Monday Night Jam in collaboration with Epitome Entertainment. On Thursdays, the Studio is the place for students: open your laptop during the day, then start your weekend early with beats & bites. On Friday we give our key to various initiatives in the city, ranging from varietyété to dance workshops. On Saturday you can attend a live radio broadcast and the evening will be all about jazz and soul. On Sunday we go into depth with various talks and debates.

Iedere woensdagmiddag zijn er in de Doelen Studio gratis activiteiten voor basisschoolkinderen vanaf 6 jaar. Ook in de schoolvakanties kun je hier terecht.
Er is iedere week iets anders te doen: van het bouwen van je eigen instrument tot het leren schrijven van je eigen songs en raps. Maar ook kun je samen met onze huismeester alle gaatjes en kieren van de Doelen zien tijdens een rondleiding door het gebouw. Of je doet iedere week mee met de schaakclub van de Koddige Koning: het kan allemaal!

Het eigenwijze zusje van de Doelen met elke dag een ander programma. Midden in de stad aan het bruisende Schouwburgplein is het allerkleinste Doelen-podium open! Met een uiteenlopend wekelijks programma is er voor ieder wat te beleven.
Kom op maandag jammen met de SteezMusicBand tijdens Monday Night Jam in samenwerking met Epitome Entertainment. Op donderdag is de Studio dé plek voor studenten: sla overdag je laptop open en begin vervolgens je weekend vroeg met beats & bites. Op vrijdag geven we de sleutel aan verschillende initiatieven in de stad, uiteenlopend van variété tot dansworkshops. Zaterdag woon je een live radio-uitzending bij en staat de avond in het teken van jazz en soul. Op zondag gaan we de diepte in met verschillende talks en debatten.
