Edo Righini appointed Managing Director
of De Doelen

The Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Edo Righini as Managing Director of concert and conference venue De Doelen with immediate effect. He joined De Doelen on July 1, 2025 as Director of Operations and Finance, and took over day-to-day management in September 2025.

Edo brings an impressive track record with him: from entrepreneurship and audience development to inclusion and financial strategic insight.
Over the past four years, he transformed Muziekgebouw Eindhoven in Eindhoven into an organization that made an impact in the city and region. A crown member of the Council for Culture, a musical heart, and a financial brain, is how he was described in Eindhoven.
