Lady Pank

After years, Polish rock icons Lady Pank return to the Netherlands – in honor of their 45th anniversary! In the 1980s, they brought the energy of the West to the East in their own poetic way. Although their name refers to punk, their music also incorporates elements of new wave, hard rock, and pop. Lady Pank remains rebellious, socially engaged, and timeless in their influence. A special edition: a unique discovery for new listeners, and a nostalgic trip down memory lane for longtime fans.

Orkest van de 18e Eeuw & Elisabeth Hetherington

Last but not least: an evening that brings classical music to a new dimension. Orkest van de 18e Eeuw, a leading ensemble that performs Baroque and Classical works as they were originally intended. Together with conductor and soloist Benjy Wenzelberg and soprano Elisabeth Hetherington, they pay tribute to the forgotten composer Marianna von Martines. Why did her name fade into obscurity? In the program Evanesce, her works return to the stage, with resonant music, tangible movements, and compelling stories. Elisabeth Hetherington won the Dutch Music Prize in 2024 – here in de Doelen.
