Exclusive Dutch show

Outlander in Concert is an official live concert experience that brings together the music and memorable moments from all eight seasons of the Outlander series. During the concert, a full orchestra performs composer Bear McCreary’s music live, whilst carefully selected scenes from the series are shown on a large screen. The footage contains little dialogue, allowing the music and visuals to combine to create a powerful, cinematic experience.

The concert experience has been developed in collaboration with Outlander showrunner Matthew B. Roberts and Emmy and BAFTA-winning composer Bear McCreary. McCreary is known worldwide for his work in film, television and games. He made his breakthrough with the music for the series Battlestar Galactica and has since composed for, among others, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Foundation, The Walking Dead and Godzilla: King of the Monsters. His music for the games God of War and God of War Ragnarök has also been honoured with BAFTA Awards and Grammy nominations.

The Outlander series follows the story of Claire Randall, a nurse from the Second World War who unexpectedly travels back in time to 18th-century Scotland. There, she becomes embroiled in clan conflicts, political tensions and historical events. She meets Jamie Fraser, a Highland warrior who will play a central role in her life and survival. The series combines romance, history and adventure, and is renowned for its stunning landscapes, compelling characters and richly detailed historical world.

During Outlander in Concert, these elements come together in a unique audiovisual experience that takes the audience through a journey of the Outlander universe.
