Explore how local music and emerging technologies are reshaping creative expression through an evening of live music and talks. Experience the full prerelease presentation of Tropicos — the new album by Rafaele Andrade — accompanied by multilingual translations (Portuguese, English, Dutch, and Spanish).
Rafaele Andrade (1994, Brazil) combines Brazilian music with technology to make social and ecological themes tangible. She developed her own string instrument, the Knurl, and creates interdisciplinary productions in which music, performance and interaction come together.
We’ll close the night with a talk, drinks, and informal conversations, celebrating the voices and stories of Latin American immigrants.
This programme is part of North Sea Round Town.
