The programme features both traditional and contemporary Christmas carols, including Silent Night, which has been sung in many languages for more than 200 years. The large male choir, consisting of 190 singers, brings the Christmas story to life with impressive power. The Urker MANS Formatie, a 14-member male ensemble, adds an extra dimension with its own Christmas repertoire.
Soloists from both the large choir and the smaller ensemble add variety to the programme. The instrumentalists provide seamless accompaniment and further elevate the performance with inspiring instrumental solos.
