Following the success of his biography, Cesar Zuiderwijk now brings his story to the stage. In this college-style tour, he joins writer and music journalist Jean-Paul Heck to talk about his life, music and career. The evening combines storytelling, spoken word and live drumming.
From the early days of Golden Earring to global hits like Radar Love, and from major successes to more difficult moments, all chapters of his career are explored. His solo work, projects like Sloper and the end of the band are also part of the story. Personal memories are interwoven with humor and anecdotes.
The audience plays an active role as well. Visitors are invited to ask questions and share their own memories, creating an open and engaging atmosphere where a piece of Dutch pop history comes to life.
Jean-Paul Heck, a music journalist for over 35 years, guides the conversation and adds context and depth throughout the evening.
