Before you can purchase tickets online, we kindly ask you to create a personal account first. If you need assistance with this, feel free to send an email to tickets@dedoelen.nl 

You can pay for your tickets using iDEAL | Wero, credit card, Podiumcadeaukaart, Doelen gift card, or a voucher from de Doelen (not from the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra). During checkout, you can select one of these payment methods from the menu. 

If you have some credit on your voucher or gift card, please apply it first. The amount will then be deducted from your order and you can pay remaining amount with iDEAL | Wero or credit card.

For almost all events service fees are added to the ticket sales. These service fees cover the costs incurred by de Doelen to facilitate the payment, creation, and dispatch of concert tickets and/or e-tickets. The costs are calculated per ticket via our website and also at the box office.

• Ticket fee: €1.5 per ticket (up to 10 euro)
• Ticket fee: €3 per ticket (above 10 euro)
• Tickets sent by post: €3.50 (extra) per shipment

For all concerts outside the classical series, different service fees per ticket apply. The amount of these fees is determined per concert according to the scale below, based on the price of the lowest ticket category. This also applies to (classical) cultural hall rentals where ticket sales are handled through de Doelen. 

• € 1.50 per ticket up to € 10 (de Doelen Kids, Talent Break, etc.) 
• € 3 per ticket up to € 30 
• € 3.50 per ticket up to € 35 
• € 4 per ticket up to € 40 
• € 5 per ticket up to € 45
• € 6 per ticket above € 45  

There are regulations enforced by the Authority for Consumers & Markets regarding the imposition of service fees.

In addition to the gift card from de Doelen, we also accept the Podiumcadeaukaart and the Theater en Concertbon (the previous print version of the Podiumcadeaukaart).

You can use both the gift card from de Doelen and the Podiumcadeaukaart to pay online.. Please note: the Podiumcadeaukaart has a PIN code located under the gray sticker. You can scratch it off to reveal the PIN code.

Both cards cannot be used for external sales channels. For example, when concerts are sold through Ticketmaster, the Podium Cadeaukaart cannot be used.

If the concert is sold out, you can sign up for the waiting list on the website. We will keep the registrations in order of receipt. If tickets become available again, we will send you an email allowing you to confirm whether you still want to purchase the tickets.

If you have lost your tickets or cannot find the email, please go to the ticket counter and request a copy or to receive the tickets again digitally. Make sure your name and address details match those of the original order.

Purchase your tickets only through official sales channels. Tickets bought through other, unofficial providers are often overpriced and not always valid.

You can log in in two ways: with your username and password, or you can have a code sent to your email address. It's important to wait a moment after entering your password or the code. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one.

We ask for your details so we can keep you informed about important updates and assist you with any questions regarding your tickets. For example, if you haven't received them yet or if you want to make any changes to your order.

If you have purchased tickets for a concert but unexpectedly cannot attend or have fallen ill, no worries! You can usually exchange the tickets for another concert or receive a voucher.

If you choose 4 or more individual concerts from our program, you'll receive a 25% discount on your order. This offer is valid for all concerts with series discount.
Please note: if you order individual tickets later, you have to book at least 4 different concerts to be eligeble for the 25% discount.

This offer does not apply to existing discounts, such as the CJP or youth rate.

If you're 30 years old or younger, or if you have a CJP pass, you can attend most concerts for just €10. Don't forget to bring your CJP pass or ID with you. They may ask you to show it at the entrance.

To purchase a ticket with the discount, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• 30 years old or younger
• CJP pass holder
• CJP Teacher's pass

Please note that a limited number of tickets is available, so get yours now!
For concerts with tiered seating, only tier 2 tickets are available.

If you have received a special code to get a discount when ordering a concert ticket, enter it during the ordering process in the designated field at the top left of the screen. If the code is valid, you will see the discount price appear automatically.

If you choose a complete series of concerts from our classical program, you will receive a 20% discount on your order. This discount applies to all series from the classical program for the 2026-2027 season.

If you order a complete series, such as Baroque Complete (the Baroque Orchestras and Baroque Voices series combined), you will receive a 25% discount on the entire series.

Please note: If you also order individual tickets in addition to your series, you will pay the regular price for these tickets.

This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, such as the CJP rate or the youth rate for those up to and including 30 years of age.
