What happens when two idiosyncratic musical worlds meet? When the narrative, melancholic work of AWKWARD i meets the dreamy intensity of la loye? Then a collaboration emerges that feels as surprising as it is natural.

Djurre de Haan, better known as AWKWARD i, has been impressing for years with his personal songs full of poetry, humor and melancholy. His latest album Unalaska is a journey through thoughts, memories and music - a place where beauty and transience go hand in hand.

la loye, the project of Lieke Heusinkveld, makes music that makes you stand still. Her songs are vulnerable and sincere, with an atmosphere reminiscent of artists like Big Thief and Phoebe Bridgers. Her debut album sweet dreams, see you tomorrow will be released in 2025, in which she further explores her own voice.

Together, AWKWARD i and la loye make music that feels close. Their voices and styles complement each other in a way that is new and familiar at the same time. The result is an atmospheric, understated show in which songs become stories - and in which two artists find each other in their search for something real.
