You can purchase tickets to all concerts online. To buy tickets online you will need to create a personal account with a log in name and password. You can pay for the tickets using a Visa or Mastercard credit card or iDeal.

Tickets & Service

Can't make the concert? Not a problem. You can exchange your tickets to most concerts for another concert or a voucher via Tickets & Service, until the start time of the concert. The cost for exchanging your tickets is € 5,- per transaction, plus any price difference between the tickets.

If you have lost your tickets, you can collect a duplicate at the Tickets & Service desk. Name and address must match original purchaser.

Service fees are charged for the purchase of tickets to all events. These service fees apply per transaction and make it (technically) possible for de Doelen to produce, pay for and send concert tickets and/or e-tickets. The amount of the service costs differ per payment method.

The service and shipping fee costs have been increased per 1 January 2024. In recent years, we have been able to keep the costs the same, but with the current price increases, we are forced to increase all fees.

From the summer of 2021 on, the ticket systems of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and de Doelen will be split for better service. To buy tickets for a concert by the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, you will be directed to the orchestra's own website from now on. Doelen vouchers are not exchangeable at the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and vice versa.

Always buy your tickets through official sales channels. Tickets purchased through unofficial ticket providers are almost always overpriced and do not guarantee entry. A list of reliable ticket providers can be found on the website www.weetwaarjekoopt.nl
