You could call Concerto Köln a baroque orchestra, but the ensemble pushes authentic performances to the limit, and has remained undaunted even in the face of one of Wagner’s operas.  

Bach’s masterpieces are countless, but still his oeuvre contains undeniable highlights. That’s why each year, the Netherlands Chamber Choir sings Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, accompanied by an international top-tier orchestra.  
 


From Bach's oeuvre, the annual performance of the Matthaüs is the greatest tradition in the Netherlands, but in Germany it is the Christmas Oratorio. The Netherlands Chamber Choir  is also bringing this tradition to the Netherlands.
