For many, Christmas is a time of traditions and reflection. The Sixteen, one of the best choirs in the world, is no exception. They present a musical journey through the centuries, ranging from folkloristic winter songs and Medieval Christmas carols to Hildegard and William Byrd in Yuletide moods.

Founded in 1979 by Harry Christophers with the aim of singing Renaissance music, The Sixteen has grown beyond its original sixteen singers – and has become one of the world’s greatest choirs.
