A jazz repertoire in which expressiveness, inventiveness and creativity are central

Both in Bram De Looze's solo projects and in his collaborations, expressiveness, inventiveness and creativity are invariably central. For his new trio Vice Versa, Bram surrounds himself with two sounding names from the jazz world: the New York master drummer Eric McPherson (Jackie McLean, Andrew Hill, Pharoah Sanders, Fred Hersch) and the Berlin bassist Felix Henkelhausen (Jim Black, Nate Wooley, Lotte Anchor).

Both are compositional masterminds with limitless rhythmic possibilities. De Looze composed a completely new repertoire for this trio. Expect exceptional approaches, where the musical rules are constantly changing without sacrificing continuity and dynamics.
