Put together a flute, an oboe, a clarinet, a bassoon and a horn and a world of possibilities opens up. The Spanish-German Azahar Ensemble was awarded second prize at the prestigious ARD Competition, thus showing that they master all this possibilities to their fullest. Central to their repertory are unique adaptations of music from their home country, Spain. In this programme, they wander all the way through Europa, but inevitably end up with their roots.
