11 musicians from the Scottish Ensemble and five dancers from the Swedish Andersson Dance make one choreography – a completely new interpretation of Bachs quintessential Goldberg Variations. Playing and moving as one entity, they make the subtleties in Bach’s music clearly visible. Movement not only adds a lawyer to the already multi-layered music, it also brings a clarity and transparency to the music. A 21st century version of Bach’s timeless masterpiece.
